Thank you for the walk around it was very helpful to me i was never showed anything at all when i bought it i was after closing time by 30 minutes they already had it loaded on trailer i hooked up and left so i want to tank you for the info
Glad I could help. LS Tractor has been so good to us. I hate it when I hear another dealer didn't take the time to show a customer anything about operation and maintenance. LS is a great company, but a customer's experience is really based so much more on the dealer... in my opinion. Every brand makes great equipment. LOCAL dealer support matters.
Very helpful video. Thank you. I just brought mine home. Was falling asleep to the operators manual. Glad I watched. I think I can back my tractor off trailer now. Thanks again
That means a lot. Many times dealers, us included, are running in so many directions that little details get missed or hurried through. I can be accused of this same thing. I am sure your dealer would walk you through one on his lot if you went back and asked. The whole purpose of us making these videos was for that purpose. I can be at two places at once... in a sense. Also, this might give our customers and any Mahindra customer some place to look when they have time. I have found that many customers are concentrating on the first 150 things they can do with their new tractor instead of listening to HOW to use and maintain their investment. I would be the same way... EXCITED! Thanks for your comment. It makes the effort worthwhile. Chris
I have never tried that. The part numbers do not cross over. You might measure your mounts and take the measurements by a dealer with a 1626 in stock and do some comparing. However, you can make about any seat work with some fabrication.
You are correct, but so many folks are not sure how to do it. It is very little difference in the methods to remove and replace the loader on MOST tractors. I had a friend ask last weekend for me to make a video on how to remove the loader. Until then, the best thing people can remember is to make sure the loader and tractor are on flat, firm, level ground and the tractor and loader should be on the same plane when the loader comes off. They will come off almost any way you want, but if the tractor is leaned a different way than the loader, wow buddy, it's a fight to get one back on. Thanks!
I’m considering a 1626, I’m hoping it has enough power. How dependable is the electronic fuel injection? I heard they have computers on that model. The one I test drove last week seemed to blow exhaust fumes back in my face and I’m not sure if it is the norm. My old tractor has a smoke stack that blows the exhaust out higher than head level and smelling fumes is usually not an issue. Just curious if 1626 owners complain about the fumes. May have just been a windy day, not sure. There is a lot I like about Mahindra.
Sometimes fuel from different suppliers has a stronger smell. The exhaust come out the front. The 1626 is NOT electronically injected. It has a mechanical injection pump and mechanical injectors. We have had units sent in from distribution points in the northern states that stunk like crazy from exhaust. After we ran that fuel out and burned our normal fuel the smell was certainly more to what we were used to. We were told they use additional additives in northern states for anti gelling. Truth? Not? But the smell went away.
@@MurphyBrothersTradingCo Thank you for that information, I do prefer mechanical injectors. It doesn’t appear that any new tractors are equipped with high exhaust systems so I’m sure it will be fine. Mahindra is my first choice so far. Thanks again!
Best video I've seen on these yet, I wish I was close enough to buy from you. Thank you!
If you can't find a good deal from a good dealer in your area, we'd surely appreciate the business!
I own one need to get out and learn to drive it. This is a help. thank you.

Will one of those new seats fit a 2015 mahindra 3016 model.

@@MurphyBrothersTradingCo ok thanks for the info
Doing maintenance under the hood just take the loader off makes everything easier and it don't take long to take the loader off

My 1626 has an oil dipstick on the floor , between my feet. What’s that?
That is the transmission/hydraulic oil dipstick. Check and fill at that spot.
good job
Thanks
