  • Runner's knee is thought to heal quickly. Most doctors will tell you it should heal within 1-2 months or less if you stop running...
But what if it comes back when you pick up running again?
Then it technically never really went away - it just went dormant because you flared down from your knee pain flare up.
Fixing runner's knee at the root cause is necessary so that you can get real, long-lasting knee pain relief with confidence that you can return to running without worrying about knee pain coming back.
In this video, Dr. David answers the question, "How long does it take to heal from runner's knee?"

Hey, if my glutes are strong enough, can I focus on strenghtening the quadricepes aswell? I had a knee injury 8 months ago and I still have some light knee pain, not sure if it's related to cartilage or not

All you want is money, i can't afford it, why can't you help online with the muscle imbalance. You make money at your clinic why can't you help online that cant physically go to your clinic
