Kalo menurutku pribadi, Rainych tu kaya spesialis bedah-nya musik. Dia kaya bisa bongkar2 lagu, terus di re-arrange jadi lebih menarik dan kaya. As a fluent Mandarin and Cantonese speaker, I am both shocked and honoured that Rainych did a cover in Mandarin! Although her pronunciation is obviously not 100% perfect (I would say 98% perfect ;) ), I am still so proud of her to sing an entire song in a language she doesn't speak fluently, especially since Mandarin is a difficult language to pronounce and speak for foreigners! Question from a non chinese speaker. How can someone get the pitch wrong when u sing in chinese, when a song has its own notes to sing to? For example, if you sing a chinese word that falls on the note C on the keyboard, the only wrong way to sing that pitch would be singing something thats not C, regardless of chinese/korean/any language.
@@greyghost3771 The notes just make them go higher or lower or longer etc but you can hear the word's pronounciation clearly as chinese has its own 4 sounds that define a word. I'm not really certain about this myself though so I'd try google haha. ( the 4 sounds are 1. mā, má,mǎ,mà ) ( word can be the same, what's important is the symbol above them )

wait...her pronunciation just got damn perfect...i as a person who have been practicing Chinese consider her as talented individual who can mimics native's pronunciation perfectly.
Surprisingly the pitch and pronounciation are fairly correct!
Question from a non chinese speaker. How can someone get the pitch wrong when u sing in chinese, when a song has its own notes to sing to? For example, if you sing a chinese word that falls on the note C on the keyboard, the only wrong way to sing that pitch would be singing something thats not C, regardless of chinese/korean/any language.
@@greyghost3771 The notes just make them go higher or lower or longer etc but you can hear the word's pronounciation clearly as chinese has its own 4 sounds that define a word. I'm not really certain about this myself though so I'd try google haha. ( the 4 sounds are 1. mā, má,mǎ,mà ) ( word can be the same, what's important is the symbol above them )
