  • Philadelphia has become home to one of the country's most notorious open-air drug markets, particularly in the Kensington neighborhood, which is seeing homelessness and drug use on a large scale. Correspondent Evan Lambert joins "Elizabeth Vargas Reports" with a look at the problem, saying the city has begun to address a previous mayor's policies, which many blame for the current situation.

There’s an actual live cam on RUclips showing this area 24/7.
If you didn’t know any better you would think it’s showing a 3rd world country. The fact they let it go this long is such an embarrassment to this country

True, nothing is actually free. It's paid for out of tax payer dollars. But it's free for the people who need it, cause I doubt they pay taxes.

@@twinbot2Yes it’s free to the junkies! However people who are in Legit chronic pain, and go get blood tests, MRI’s to see if their issues are worsening, etc.. Well they have to get Narcan once a yr. And it’s not free! Even with insurance it still costs 5-10$. And it’s never even been touched. Let alone come close to be used.🙄 Whilst these people nod out all day, others with legit issues still can’t get to sleep before 2-3am if lucky. I digress.
