I think psyshock with mean look is even more cuz it deals continuous damage compared to future sight
Though future sight does have the CD reduction it's activation time is kinda high

He is using it exclusively to combo with dragon rush if thats why youre confused. Its definitely casting in that interaction though.
I think mimikyu unite should fail on a unite move garchomp. None of the all arounders should have unite move priority over the other all arounders
