Nissan did us a solid with using the Infiniti motor and R34 suspension in these, the aftermarket support is already there! The Z34 chassis was great, the extra reinforcement and turbo engine are really all it needed, just have to change out all the mushy GT bushings for SPL Parts and urethane parts. Also the shape of this new Z with the 300ZX rear looks amazing, I wonder if anyone will make a kit to replace that barn door fuel filler cover for a locking old school exposed filler cap.
@@anydaynow01 I agree. The Z34 has a plethora of suspension support. The VR30 is what this chassis needed. I hope that Nissan puts the VR35DDTT in a later Z. That would be epic.
How can I hide from someone in a car that barely anyone has equipped with a Tomei. On top of the fact that I have a social presence through out social media? It’s not like I tinted 5% all around which is best for hiding. I have a sensitivity to lights at night, I’m protecting my cars interior from UV rays and to keep the interior cooler.
That one is good, you should upgrade the subframe bushings with some collars (or full solids from SPL Parts, they ride a lot better than what folks think) and a differential bushing set and brace so the power goes down smooth. It's a few hundred bucks that totally transform the car from a GT into a true sports car. Also keep your ear to the ground for front lower control arm pillow ball bushing sets and steering rack bushings, totally transforms the front end feel of a Z!
I have the interchiller also on my Q60 with the AMS intercoolers and the Z1 turbo's and the interchiller is the way to go. You always have cold temps on tap even in the hot days to were the A2A on hot days don't get cold
If I wanted quiet idle exhaust but something that sounds a bit better than stock would would you recommend? I love how quiet the stock exhaust is because I live around a lot of people, but I definitely would love to hear that thing sing when its actually pulling on purpose [not a car guy, all new to me and this my first Z so i'm just going to have fun with it] luckily the cops are only on the dodge's out here in MO haha, they left me alone once I got my plates
I think the performance exhaust with downpipes is the move, now if you wanted slightly more performance from an exhaust something along the line of Fast intentions may give you that quiet idle and throatier on throttle sound. The HKS exhaust is also on my radar for a quieter exhaust.
I'm just curious sir if you are still only using both stock pumps with having the expansion tank in. I'm selling mine up now. But I'm debating on adding forced inductions CWA 400 pump
@@ZillaFullBoostif you think the Z blends in with normal traffic you’re silly fren. It especially doesn’t right now since their aren’t many on the road. Shoot, my 2009 nismo doesn’t blend in. Absolutely love this build man. The carbon is a nice touch and the fact it’s not glossy doesn’t make it seem like a kid did it.
Thanks Vic, the matte finish is chefs kiss 🤌🏽

Love all the info you cover for the Z keep up the good work and great content. Let these boys and girls know more about the chiller setup in the back
Thanks. I’ll get provide a more detailed video on just the chiller set up one day 👌🏽

tuning for the vr went crazy after the z came out. high 700s on stock block is nuts .
Yea tuning has come a long way. Stock turbo vr30’s are in mid 10’s now and before you can barely get a hybrid turbo into the 10’s lol

Such a clean build. But u broke my heart when I saw the auto gear selector. I was just expecting a stick for some reason 😭

Have you considered the A2A for your build or is the interchiller a better option?
I thought about it once to make the engine bay less cramped, but IMO for drag racing the chiller will net the best results.
