I don’t understand why people say they are surprised he won? The guy pinned sasho for crying out loud!! He’s been battling the best of the best for a few years now. I had him as a pretty strong favorite
Why? Because people(like me) overestimated Lachlan. (Obviously Paul was still the favorite but I never expected him to be that dominant)
I was just concerned about his endurance. Lachlan was able to hold Krasimir for quite a long time, and Krasi and Sasho are very comparable.

Don’t understand why Paul would be so quick to want to go back to 95kg after him performing so strongly at 105kg, plus he’s still lean.
dude looks jacked at 105
He has much tougher opponents at 105kg like Dadikyan and Petrenko. Even though he is physically stronger now, it makes sense to try to beat the smaller guys at 95kg.
@@bluemonstrosity259 Yeah that’s true, But don’t forget Irakli is 95kg now, and just dominated Paul recently. I was surprised that Irakli being taller was able to maintain so much power while going down to 95kg, because unlike shorter people, taller people usually have to sacrifice muscle mass in order to reach the lower weight caps.
@@snsdkbopper7819irakli was originally always a lightweight arm wrestler he was always going to maintain a similar strength when dropping back down to 95kgs.
