ममरा / मुरमुरे / मुढ़ी - 100g
मूँगफली - 1कप
पोहा / चूड़ा - 1कप
कॉर्न फ्लेक्स / मकई पोहा - 1कप
नमक - स्वादानुसार
हल्दी पाउडर - ½ Tsp
काला नमक - ½ Tsp
लाल मिर्च पाउडर - 1Tsp
पीसी हुई चीनी - 1 ½ Tsp
चाट मसाला पाउडर - 1Tsp
अमचूर पाउडर - 1Tsp
करीपत्ता - 15-20
तेल - तलने के लिए
तेल - 2Tsp (ममरा बघारने के लिए)
बेसन की सेव - 1कप
Puffed rice - 100g
Peanut - 1Cup
Flattened rice - 1Cup
Corn flakes poha - 1Cup
Salt - According to taste
Turmeric powder - ½ Tsp
Black salt - ½ Tsp
Red chilli powder - 1Tsp
Powdered sugar - 1 ½ Tsp
Chaat masala powder - 1Tsp
Dry mango powder - 1Tsp
Curry leaves - 15-20
Oil - For deep fry
Besan sev - 1Cup
