Let's be honest, of course they were removed and disposed of. Like, stuffing the bodies into the animatronics was just a TEMPORARY hiding spot William used while the police searched the place. You think he'd be able to move five bodies out of the location without leaving a trace? Nah. Best to hide them in the least likely spot they'd be hidden. They never searched the animatronics during the initial investigation because, as Vanessa in the FNAF movie puts it, "Why would they?" It was only temporary. Then, when the heat died down, William probably got rid of them. But, thanks to how he hid the bodies, the animatronics became possessed. Like, seriously, William is way too smart to leave the bodies in the suits for too long.

william wasn't able to dispose of the bodies putting parts of them in the food because the flesh was already rotten, so the clients would notice the strange taste of the food
At one point i assumed the mound of dirt outside the afton house was the missing children. Everytime they talked about 5 becoming one i always thought five children in one grave.

The blood and mucus may have been as aspect of haunting. Golden Freddy is a ghost projection that's able to appear, disappear, float and appear only as a head; so isn't it possible that the ghosts of missing children could generate the appearance and smell (they can already mimic a child's voice as seen with the moaning in the first game) of blood and mucus? Then, when the police investigate, perhaps during a "less haunted" time of day (FNAF1 and FNAF2 follow the horror film haunting rule of starting at the witching hour) they see nothing?
.....there is a Fazbear Frights story that involves bodies being put into the food...
Glad someone else pointed out the spirits potentially manifesting the blood and mucus though, that's been on my mind a long time.
Also, a question I've wanted answered for a while: if Cassidy is a blonde boy as suggested by the sprite used for the Vengeful Spirit and the movie (it was stated in an interview that the kid specifically had to dye his hair blonde for the part), who is the girl with black pigtails?

I loveee that you went as far as to mention cannibalism. I've had this as a headcanon for a while. Speaking of, I'd forgotten all about that phoneguy line about filing missing person report. This just absolutely shows that FE knew about the killings and said nothing. Sinister af too. The idea that they were serving humans up at their restaurants is horrific too.

2. What happened to Rockstar animatronics after the fire?

Well, I think I can answer the first one. Burntrap uses an entirely different endoskeleton. William Afton in FNaF 6 doesn't appear to have one at all, instead having a human skeleton. Burntrap appears to be pieces of Afton's corpse and suit affixed to a new metal body.

Either new arm replacement or perhaps The Mimic got possessed or hacked by Willy Aft And Or Vanny / Vannessa and disgustingly entered Scrap / Burnt Trap like a very gross corpse smelly jelly costume, especially evident by seeing Peepaw Willy’s in game model in Fnaf Security Breach.

I do wanna say one thing though, in Security Breach, there’s some old maps, the classic 3 were on the stage. I assume they were placeholders for the rockstars, but this is all cut content so take it with a grain of salt.
The leaking from the classics could be paranormal, but I think the newspapers could be from around the mci itself, especially if the fnaf 1 location is also the same building they were in before the fnaf2 location. And if willy didnt do it beforehand, he was presumably the night guard before Jeremy and had all the time to get rid of evidence, if not fazent

Here’s a mini theory and a theory on the blob.
Mini theory: The music man windup toys are a mystery. In ruin, when you wear the mask, they aren’t in a pinkish purple glow, meaning they aren’t connected to the AI system in the Pizzaplex. So what is their driving force, and why are they in ruin? I think MXES is using them. In ruin, when your in Bonnie bowl, the music men are guarding the security nodes.
MXES is supposed to be guarding these nodes. Heck, he only shows up in Ruin after you deactivate the first security node.
Big Theory: The Blob in Security Breach has red eyes and is hostile when Gregory is around. In a drawing found in Ruin, The Blobs eyes are purple, but when you physically see him, his eyes have no color, and he runs away when Cassie is getting to the bottom floor. Either this is meant to say something, or it could be nothing.
Also, The Blob is confirmed to be called Tangle, and the vent where no Ty is supposed to be in, in the afton ending, has a purple glow. The room where we fight Bur trap could be where Burntraps remains are at?

Seeing how corrupt Fazbear entertainment is, im 100% sure they knew the bodies were in the animatronics the whole time, and they most likely bribed the cops explaining why they never "found" the bodies when they are obviously in the giant bloody, smelly animatronics. And to make sure it never gets brought up again, Fazbear entertainment told whoever took apart the withereds for parts to remove the bodies and dispose of them in some way or if they don't, they will disappear forever like the bodies.

It also depends on how long the bodies were in them before being removed. I don't know if any of u have dealt with the smell of death and decomposition before, but I have. Even with the remains removed the smell and stains and fluids would still be there, especially in something that has fabric like the animatronics. The smell and fluids from decomp, which is a chemical reaction that starts immediately after death, would seep into every nook of the suits, and be impossible to remove. So even if the remains were got rid of the suits would still smell and look horrendous!
Orrr it could be supernatural due to possession. Either way!
okay twisted ive got a theory it includes ruin freddy so heres the theory... so the the mega pizzaplex went into ruins because at this point we all know why but before cassie came fazbear ent sent some people around to collect the glamrock animatronics from the utah branch / location for spare parts fazbear ent or because they where expensive so they went around trying to find them and they found glamrock freddy headless because of the pq ending (pq meaning princess quest.) and they put a sticker on him saying prototype (like a withered animatronic) but before they could bring him out they got jumped or killed by one of the ruined animatronics and thats why the others dont have a prototype sticker on them because glamrock freddy was the first one they saw before getting oofed. what do you think?
With PQ being the canon ending, that would mean the afton ending didn’t happen. Granted, the game files labels it as the “true ending”, and given we do know the blob exists, because we see him in ruin for a brief second, that would mean Burntrap would have to exist? When Cassie gets to the room where Burntrap emerges from the recharge station, when you look inside the vent where Monty would crawl through, we see a purple light. Maybe Aftons remains are in the room where we fight him? It’s hard to say.

I think the FNaF 1 location is also the location where the Withereds originally where (since the FNaF 1 location looks way older and run down then all the other Freddy's locations). So I think the newspaper clippings are from when the Missing children's incident first occurred, and not when FNaF 1 takes place in 1993.

personally i believe William removed their corpses in SAVETHEM, so yeah
think they still stank because while the suits were switched, the endo remained the same and was probably bloodstained. and they probably wouldnt want to clean it with all the finniky machinery and springlocks yk

They would have been removed way before fnaf 2 opening. Like 1 - 2 week in the first freddy pizza after the incident. Also body removal and sanitation is in company's policy.
I feel like even when refurbished, the animatronics would still stink albeit to a lesser degree. Some smells/scents are practically impossible to completely remove like the smell of a cigarette/cigar. I wonder how long the bodies were in the suits.

honestly i just assumed fazbear entertainment just burned the bodies or something.... also btw considering they were children depending on how tall they were which judging by the graphic novel not that big, they probably wouldn't be visible in from the head of the animatronics anyway. even in fnaf for there was only hair sticking out, also the most likely one if scott did add a body in the withereds would be foxy to see it since his torso is so messed up. also i think the news papers were a thing from years ago although they probably did still smell bad. i mean think about it, they probably didn't clean the endo and even then a animatronic does get a little heated the longer their active so being in those big clunky suits would probably make them smell bad horribly

What it William refurbished the suits, originally or the bodies decomposed. I am still with you on the fact the bodies were removed before 1993. Until they were removed I wonder what was going on.
The Fnaf 2 mini game suggestion of a brighter coloured child in each group of 5 may have answer, it's possible that there's some importance to that offset brighter lit model to the animatronic encountering it, like maybe it's their past body or perhaps a hint at mini game orders for Fnaf 3, how the souls have to be saved in the specific order to unlock the happiest day. There is also the disturbing possibility hinted at by help wanted 1. The maintenance mini game has you removed a hat, a shoe and other items from several animatronics implying that pieces of bodies were once stored in them. Yikes. Also William Afton was the main technician so he would have been able to claim them like he did to make remnant for sister location as Flesh and Steel are required to make remnant and he took both and melted them together in sister location.

It's probably just game design so adding the bodies inside the animatronics would take longer because Scott would have need a kid human model to start with and it would be too Gorey so that's why you can't find the bodies in the animatronics during gameplay

But how do we explain that in FNAF 1 the animatronics groan? Like, releasing air from the bodies? How would that happen if the bodies are disposed and they aren't there? That would mean they had to still be in the FNAF 1 animatronics.

Were they alive temporarily while in the suits, while being unable to do anything as their lives faded from their bodies?
even if they removed the bodies, the blood and guts would be so deeply stained into the suits that they would have to throw out the shells. especially if the bodies were left in there long enough to start rotting/bloating of course the smell wouldn't come out. plus we all know fazbear entertainment is so cheap they make sodas and candy out of recycled pizza. there is no way they would throw those costume parts out.
If the bodies are in the withered animatronics that means the child could fit in the torso since they are small but at the same time look at withered foxy his lower part of the torso is missing so wouldn't we be able to see fritz in there?
It's pretty easy to just say that William later disposed of the bodies in a more suitable spot. The stench would still hang around, the souls obviously possessed the characters, and so on. If the children had been in there till the point they were just skeletons, there would've been pieces of clothing, flesh, blood, and so on leaking through the suits, as a body does when decomposing. You turn to mush.

In my opinion, the children were never stuffed in the suits along with the endoskeletons, and william never stuffed them imo, in my opinion they were stuffed in empty suits, and puppet transforms their bodies into endoskeletons, or the puppet took the bodies and put in the endoskeletons in the suits, and then puppet took the souls and then put them inside the endoskeletons (not the bodies, the souls.)
The children were killed right before the events of Fnaf 2 where William afton snuck in using his purple security guard uniform and then he dawned his spring Bonnie suit to where he lured 5 children in the back room and killed them where then either him or the puppet stuffed the bodies into the old withered animatronics. This explains why the withered animatronics try to kill you Jeremy Fitzgerald (the nightguard) in fnaf 2 because you are wearing the same purple security guard uniform of the man that killed them.
