The fact that the mom is OK with her daughter driving drunk, while on probation from a previous DUI speaks volumes
Guess she doesn’t care about her daughters life
All that and she gets probation.
went to high school with someone drunk driving at 17 (in 2017) and her parents seemed completely fine with it... I still worry about her
Stay back stay back she getting charged. Oh god. The lady only telling her don’t resist. That’s when they beat you up.
That’s what’s crazy she was flexing “I been through a dui before” like it was suppose to help her
Telling them how experienced you are at doing DUI tests is an odd way to convince them you aren't drunk.
It's not recommended to do that, not smart😂
😂😂😂😂 i was thinking the same thing
Being under age doesn't help either.
She definitely is not very intelligent. On all fronts.
frrrrr
I love when the cop asked "I wonder who arrested her last" the cop who conducted the DUI tests goes "me". The fact that she was so convinced she knew the sobriety test better than the man who gave her the first test is hilarious.
I feel like you have to make a BIG impression-and not in a good way-if they remember you.
She has a cooler in the back of her car, and this isn't the first time she got pulled over for DUI. She's going to end up totaling her car, hopefully she won't take any innocent people with her.
"I'M NOT RESISTING!!!" while resisting is always the most hilarious moment. Love it.
😄 🤣 same thing as it wasn't me! Go Shaggy! Hahaha
Well, nice of her mother to come out and demonstrate the reasons her daughter is the way she is.
I was thinking the same. A fine advert for any land wishing to be free.

Shame we won’t see the court appearance. Momma-Trash will mouth off like that to the judge. Then mother and daughter can both share a cell.

Losers raising losers!
No wonder the daughter is the way she is, with a mother like that. This was her second DUI at 20 years old and the mother is defending her. She's going to be a great contributor to society.
Edit - Just bc kids turn out a certain way, doesn't mean it's always the parent's fault. I shouldn't blame the mother but in an instance like this, it's hard not to.

Her mother is what in modern terms is called an enabler. She is contributing to her daughter's problems by trying to defend her at all costs, regardless of facts.
The mother is obviously just a f'd up.

Just administer a breathalyzer and forget all this BS.
Exactly!
Yeah, I just find those Field Sobriety Tests weird - where I live officers can at any stop they perform, ask the driver to blow towards an apparatus, without touching it, so no need to change anything on it and it will simply detect alcohol if it is present or not on the breath that is blown towards the apparatus, and if there is no alcohol the driver is ok for that, but if there is alcohol detected, then the driver can choose to do the breathalyzer to get over it easy (in case they haven't had too much) or resist and in that case I believe they can either wait at the scene to be blood testet or get taken to a hospital for a blood test, depending what is possible at that time.
For drugs the officers look at behavior, just like these officers do in the US before they ask to do the FST, but instead of doing FST, our officers have a machine in the trunk of their cars and the stopped driver delivers saliva at the scene and it is testet right then and there for presence of several different drugs in one go and if positive for any of the drugs then they will be taken in for a blood test.
@@mikeyb2932 Where I am if they suspect you have been drinking they can do a roadside breathalyzer. If you refuse you will be charged with refusing to do the test .
@@ruthwatt5085 OK that sounds a bit more like the situation in the Country I am from, although here I don't think it's a charge for refusing the breathalyzer - it just goes directly to blood test instead, which can then not be refused...as far as I know.
Is where you live in the USA or like me outside of the USA? I am curious because I think all states do the FST's but I also know that I can be wrong about that.

She said she went through a DUI the previous year. Not even 21 yet and she has two DUIs. She needs help.
She said she's on probation, too. But with an enabling Mom, it's not surprising.
At first I thought the mom was going to be helpful when she was telling the daughter not to resist. But after she started yelling at the cops I realized that was as far as the intelligence went. 🤦♀️ Saying she was “There for everything” when she wasn’t and that she “Saw it all!” When she was so far away she couldn’t see anything accurately. Going off of pure emotion and not even TRYING to be rational when of all people gathered she knows her daughters track record best. 🙄

She's going to end up in a trailer park with 5 kids, three daddy's, a failing OF account....and a long rap sheet.
@@wcresponderlol! Spot on. 😂
She’s an exact replica of the mother, I didn’t hear mom say, darling child you shouldn’t be driving under the influence of anything, you could have killed someone!
Gotta love how alcohol makes grown adults behave and think like children. Unreal.
The patience of these officers is impressive, these people are out of control
20 years old and she’s been through this before? Good job mom and dad for obviously never telling her “No” before.
Dad? Rather unlikely, at least one who lived in the household with her as she grew up.
@christopher9152 If her dad's in her life, then he's doing a pretty crappy job at parenting. Both parents should be looked at, not just the mom. Her entitled behavior shows she gets whatever she wants at home.
@@bomberdawesome looked at for what? The girl is 20 years old
i wouldn’t blame the parents if the mom wasn’t in the video lol, i had 2 dui’s before 22 and had great parents just a dumb kid
Don’t worry, the court system won’t ever tell her that word either. She’s responsibility free for the rest of her life! No accountability for this young super star, no sir-e!
She is the exact definition of what happens when parents never discipline their children!
Yep, she should have just told the cops to let her daughter go home and keep driving her own car, and then when she finds her daughter wrapped around a tree and dead the next morning, maybe she'll suddenly become a better mother. Apparently it's what they deserve because they're both idiots...
@@trophyscene5015 But who is gonna take the liablity of the damage caused to the tree?
Yep.. A product of a mother figure who's out all night giving head for a quarter. Fuck this next generation is doomed.
The mother is an absolute trainwreck. It's not very hard to see where the daughter gets it from. Unfortunately, the trash-apple never falls too far from the trash-tree.
Neither of them seem to realize just how dangerous drunk-driving really is. One person is killed by a drunk-driver every 39 minutes in this country. All of those deaths are completely needless & preventable. The daughter is seriously lucky that that cop managed to get her off the road that night before she crashed her car & killed herself, or killed another motorist unlucky enough to be on the road with her -- or both. I wonder if the mom would be so quick to defend her daughter's deplorable actions then?!
If that daughter wrapped a tree, momma would be the first to blame anyone and everyone else. Both are morons of the worst kind.
Why do the cops argue with them? No means no moving on….it’s like reasoning with a toddler. 🤦♀️
Daughter acts just like the mom. Thinks she's smarter and better than the police. The arrogance and stupidity are amazing. 🗑
After seeing Mom's behavior it's completely baffling where this young girl learned her obnoxious behavior.
Tik tok and public school.
whoosh@@Whiskey.Tango.Actual
Mom encouraged her behavior because with the way the girl is acting, it's clear no one discipline her for her behavior/mindset
The Dad prob is the most miserable person on the face of the planet
Yep, a real mystery.
It always makes total sense when you see the parents.
🤣🤣🤣 I can't disagree with you on this.
Right, acting a fool just like the daughter.
As soon as the mother opened her mouth you just saw why the daughter is like that...cussing all over the place and a waste of space
That loudmouth mother is the reason I couldn't be a cop today. I'd be in trouble with my captain every day. I wouldn't hesitate to arrest that loudmouth for obstruction.
the daughter seemed almost reasonable compared to her mother, i hope the girl learns her lesson from this though with the community service, etc
If I had acted like that when 19 or 20, my parents would have buried me somewhere. Disgusting behavior by the 20 year old and the mother. The lowlife mother should not have let the daughter drive the car if she was so concerned about her property (car, cooler, etc.).
Love how the cop tells the mom to go away. Perfect cop :)
Crazy how many people don’t realize it’s too late to call for a ride when the cop’s already pulled you over on suspicion of DUI
That’s my whole thing. They come up with ENDLESS modes of transportation AFTER being pulled over for a DUI.
…. They’re drunk lol the brain isn’t braining 😂
It also dawned on me that drunk 18-21 year old me was really stupid, like STUPID.
28 year old me doesn’t get drunk and if I do, I still remember I have responsibilities to get home to 😩
It's amazing how available Uber is, no matter where you are and choose not to drive.
Problem is these kids don't think to take the Uber TO the party, they only think about it once they are drunk and then they are worried if they leave their car overnight it will have no catalytic converter or wheels in the morning and might even be towed by the community tow service. . . @@toupac3195
She maybe 20, but she has the mentality of a 8 year old.
The girl is immature. There's no excuse for the mother, she's an absolute mess.
And you just know she changed her shirt to that bullshit before embarking in light of the circumstance. Pathetic.
But in all fairness, Mom's t-shirt does provide a disclaimer! 🤣😅😂
Why do you think she’s immature? The mother didn’t teach her any respect or common sense.
Its hard to understand what she is saying,
In Europe she would be arrested after first 5mins talking back to police in that manner, I don't understand this nonsense here.
I've watched over a dozen of these types of videos, and it always amazes me on how in each one they think by arguing with the officer that it won't end without handcuffs involved.
I’m 50 years old and I can tell you 100% that the last people on earth I would’ve called would’ve been my parents because they would’ve beat the ever loving crap out of me in front of everyone standing there.
My Mom would've told them to lock my dumb ass up.
I was gonna say the same thing. I’m 41. No fckn way I’m calling my parents. Dads gonna beat my ass 😂 I would be like take me to jail I will be safe there ahahah.
That's what's wrong with the kids today, parents are friends not parents.
I’m 47 and if I called my parents my mom would beat the crap out of me and then let me find a way home from the jail after I was released and sobered up. You’re an adult you don’t need you’re mom.
Every video I’ve watched lately everyone wants to call their moms. 🤷♀️🤦♀️
@@clydepodvin5026And they’re enablers.
"This isn't phone a friend". That was awesome. Well played by the deputy!
It also was not correct. She isn't under arrest and he cannot stop her calling someone. She is on private property and the officer cannot stop her mother coming or standing beside him! The ignorance and lack of experience of this officer is sadly terrible.
@@WhatALoadOfToscathe cops can 400% prevent someone from making phone calls while they're detained for an investigation. This is the same logic as being asked to "step out of the car" prior to arrest -- you have no right to refuse a lawful order from a police officer if you are being detained for investigation.
Detention comes with the same restrictions on your freedom as being arrested, up to and including being placed in handcuffs. The only exception is a search of your person requires a probable cause arrest (vs the "reasonable suspicion" of being detained).
Your bad information could get someone killed, you know.
@@HateSpeechMoreLikeBasedSpeech I'm pretty sure it's 500%.
