Hi, as I mentioned before I am not an expert, but from my point of view and experience, it should not be a problem. I do not know where you live and how cold it can get there. Always make sure please, you winterize your pressure washer. It means, you either store it in heated room or fill it with antifreeze liquid. Water must not freeze inside the power washer - expensive pump can crack and other parts sufffer as well. When it comes to special Karcher liiquids for pressure washer system protection and storing, I know that they recommend Karcher RM 110 ASF for Karcher hot water pressure washers (to fill system, pump and double coil where water is heated with it), so maybe it can be used for cold water one as well. Hope it helps. Good luck.

Hello Lukáš. We can also write in Slovak if you want, since I assume you are also Slovak. I would very much like to help you with this, but I myself do not know how the Karcher-specific way of connecting the high-pressure hose to the gun could be connected to other types of high-pressure guns from other manufacturers (afermarket) via some adapter or quick coupling. I'm sure that someone, somewhere has already solved this dilemma, but I don't know about it. I tried to solve it myself, as it also bothered me that on this older type of guns it is not possible to quickly change various attachments, nozzles or foaming agent via quick couplings. In one of the stores and service centers, I only found out that there are adapters for this type of older Karcher guns (at the time, when I inquired, they cost a little over 100 Euros, so I didn't deal with it in the end), which you mount on the existing gun and also the attachments and you get a "bayonet" quick-coupling system to replace the existing attachments with nozzles that you already have. They are adapters under product numbers Karcher 6.401-458 and Karcher 6.401-459. But, I have not yet been able to find out whether it is possible to buy an adapter that would be placed on the end of this Karcher high-pressure hose and through which it could be connected to another standardized type of quick couplings for high-pressure guns of other manufacturers. Maybe someone who already knows the solution and reads these comments will advise us later. If you find something out, please let others know. Thanks. Slavo

@@AdviceFromGarage I have the same issue here. I own a karcher hd 5/15c (the older model with the older gun). I was talking with some family relatives and someone told me something about a m22 connection? No idea what that is. Would it be possible to get in personal contact with you? So we could discuss this issue further.
      Thanks, Lynch.

@@Lynch69 Hello Lynch. Unfortunately, my RUclips channel is just my side project and I don't provide personal consultations yet. Of course, if someone asks a specific question and I sometimes find the time (sometimes earlier, sometimes later), I try to answer (if I know the answer). I'm not a mechanic or a repairman, so I don't know all the answers either, but it may happen that someone else will read a specific question or problem and maybe answer. I found an interesting video regarding the issue we are discussing, but it is related to the newer version of the Karcher guns. But at least it is good for understanding the issue. ruclips.net/video/NLCpdARfdSg/видео.html

Interestingly, the problem we are discussing was solved by some guy from Russia. To a professional machine like our Karcher HD 5/15 C, he connected a hose and a gun (responding to and able to withstand pressure up to 160 bar) from the hobby class Karcher K 4 machine, if I understood correctly (I understand their language only a little). Quite interestingly and, according to his words, he solved it much cheaper and got a gun and attachments with the Quick-connect system for his professional machine. ruclips.net/video/Alb7yyAjVZE/видео.html
