@Mason Johnston the piece by Witoldhad the story of his father being executed by the russians in 1918, because he was polish the russians thought that he was a spy since he came from poland. Therefore, led to him being executed. This piece was written far after his father was executed however.

ルトスワフスキを選曲する方が(良い悪いは置いておいて)遥かにプロの音楽家らしいと感じませんか？
エルガーの美しさは素人にも簡単に理解しうるものですが、ルトスワフスキは音楽史の流れや機能和声の拡張とそこからの逸脱など、音楽に浸かった人でないと分からない部分に大きな魅力がある気がします。
