    Ingredients (सामग्री) :
    1. Olive (जैतून / जलपाई ) - 5 kg
    2. Garlic (लहसन) - half kg (आधा किलो )
    3. Turmeric (हल्दी) - 1 tablespoon
    4. Salt (नमक) - 3 Tablespoon or as per taste
    5. Mustard Oil (सरसों का तेल) - 1 litre
    6. Red dry chilli (सूखी लाल मिर्च) - 10 to 15
    7. Bay leaf (तेजपता) - 5 to 6
    8. Kashmiri red chilli powder (कश्मीरी लाल मिर्च पाउडर)-50gram
    9. Indian five spice (पंच फोरन पीसी हुई) - 8 tablespoon
    10. Sugar (चीनी) - 1.5 Kg
    11. White Vinegar (सिरका) - 8 tablespoon

    1. Cumin seeds (जीरा) - 2 tablespoon
    2. Nigella seeds (कलौंजी) - 2 tablespoon
    3. Mustard seeds (काला सरसो) - 1 tablespoon
    4. Fennel Seeds (सौफ) - 2 tablespoon
    5. Fenugreek Seeds (मेथी) - 1 tablespoon
