    Oh, my cool girl, why is it better to use clay bricks for foundation?
    I thought cement bricks are better? Please explain for your old mum.
    Class in session👏👏❤️❤️

    • @doreensafricanexperiences
      @doreensafricanexperiences  Год назад +1

      Hi dear🥰🥰 clay bricks have a strong water retention without effect component. They can easily swallow and spit out water without affecting the house thus long life for the house

    Hi Doreen, i see some houses have irregular shape stones to clad around the foundation wall, it's very common, am sure u hv seen them too so u know what i mean. Is this bcoz they r cheaper or stronger?!, i always wonder.

    • @doreensafricanexperiences
      @doreensafricanexperiences  Год назад +1

      Well usually its choice but most of the complete small irregular stones are offcuts and they are cheaper to buy....then the old fashioned ones it was just a trend back in the day, no one goes for it these days☺ thanks gor watching dear

    • @stellamarie4438
      @stellamarie4438 Год назад +1

      @@doreensafricanexperiences makes sense, I agree it must hv been the trend and I guess off cuts r also cheaper so that explains why many put them on the side and back and then select the nicer regular shaped ones for the front side of the house...Thanks for writing back, I enjoy your content. Keep up the good work🙌🏽

      Hi dear...they currently cant afford some of these things, maybe we can contribute and buy for them...otherwise we have to wait for them to be in position to afford while we support them.
