I got mine 2 weeks ago, super fun. Only problem is that are standing all the time. Not so relaxing for long rides. Making you look busy all time.😂 There is some e scooters with seat also 🙂
Oh man it is. I was a bit wobbly at first but I gotter leveled out...hahaha Looking forward to getting the GoPro mounted on it and hit some concrete walking trails.
This thing is so much fun but I had never ridden one. I was looking kinda drunk at first that is for sure. I can't wait to be able to get out and really put it to the test. But 100+ degree days is not my idea of a good time to really test it. There will be a follow up video in a few months though.
Better watch it, your dad may try and like it, then you can kiss it goodbye....hahaha Seriously though, they are a lot of fun! Beats the heck out of a skateboard or a scooter without an electric motor. Hope you enjoy yours!
As far as the waterproofness, they say it has a waterproof rating of IP65. Everything looks pretty well sealed so I don't really see a little rain being an issue. Now as far as traction goes, I have not tried it in the rain so I don't know how well these tires would grip the pavement. I have ridden it through a couple of smaller water puddles, and it did fine. Nevertheless, you'd definitely want to go slow until you knew how well these tires grip. Another thing to be very cautious about is the rubber flap that covers the charging port. I have THOUGHT I got it on good, but after riding for a while, it was not put on good. So just double check that before you get around any water. I'm enjoying the heck out of it so far. That is true. On longer rides I slow down and very careful swap my feet around. But yeah having a seat would be nice sometimes for sure.
