lol what? they don't have a message rofl they literally just played heavy/good music. If you are talking about their war songs, then you know nothing about Jeff and his writing style.
love watching ppl head ban to SLAYER for the first tine, reminds me of my first SLAYER concert, Drunk AF leaning over the rail just banging my head, don't know how I got home but for the next couple of days I couldn't turn my head.
I saw them live at least 10 times, the original line up was special but with the years and different band members they were still killing it, great reaction again
Their album 'Christ Illusion' is an awesome display of the sinister tones and pitches they have within their range. Jihad is my favorite, its f*!king off the hook.
Its difficult to hear that song, and it not roll into Silent Scream. You seriously need to do that song next. Your reactions to Slayer songs are by far my favorite 🤘🤘🤘
Great reaction. This song is especially scary. Please react to King Diamond "Out of the Asylm and Welcome Home " the opening 2 tracks from the masterpiece "Them"
Always love your reactions, my friend! My first one to see was your Raining Blood reaction right when it came out, and you had I think less than 5k subscribers. So happy to see you gain traction! Your ability to vibe with the music no matter the genre, intensity, or message is infectious! Keep on rocking🤘🔥!!!
“South of Heaven” delves into a dark and apocalyptic future. The lyrics describe a world where unexpected calamities occur without warning, leading to Judgment Day and the Second Coming. People are controlled by hate and immorality, causing chaos and distrust. The band deliberately slowed down the tempo in this album, creating a contrast to their previous frenetic pace on “Reign in Blood” and incorporating undistorted guitars and toned-down vocals. Slayer drew inspiration for “South of Heaven” from their fascination with the darker aspects of human existence. The song reflects a dystopian vision of a world teetering on the brink of chaos and moral decay. The band’s deliberate shift to a slower tempo and more subdued sound allowed them to explore these themes in a haunting and impactful way. Man love your reactions... but you HAVE to do Ghost of War or Silent Scream. Been into THRASH for over 30 years.... the best and most honest metal out there.
South of Heaven is a great song! Could you please react to the band Death? Either the song "Pull the Plug" or "Left to Die". Death is a band that helped birth and shape a new metal genre (death metal) after thrash metal (Metallica, Megadeth). The band leader was a great musician and composer, I think you might find them interesting and different.
If you want to hear something that will absolutely blow your socks off react to Tobacco Road by Johnny and Edgar Winter! You won’t believe your ears! Have fun with that one !!
Ohhh YES, Gotta do Slayer Silent Scream next being as it was working it's way to the intro!!!!, Ohh didn't want you to stop it cos it carries on beautifully to Silent Scream 🤘🤘🤘
Great choice my man, south of heaven is an absolute banger. do you take requests? i have a great request for a live slayer song if you wouldnt mind doing it please?

Ah yes, the joy of Slayer. Men of all types just instantly resonate, no clarification needed 🤣

By the way the singer Tom Araya is a catholic... don't judge a book by it's cover.
Killer drums!!!
Dave Lombardo (original drummer) is beyond amazing 🤘
South of Heaven referring to Earth actually. Its a play on words. Listen to the song back with that in mind. It becomes an even scarier songs
Ahh I thought it was Hell
Its difficult to hear that song, and it not roll into Silent Scream. You seriously need to do that song next. Your reactions to Slayer songs are by far my favorite 🤘🤘🤘
