No you aren't the only one screaming that they don't get it out, I do too. And they will also skip over the big pimples and just do little blackheads and that really bugs me too. How does everyone out there feel about it?

Ya know, my heart goes out to all these people. I’m from America. When my
Kids displayed these types of acne, they went IMMEDIATELY to the dermatologist. They were put on Accutane and 2 out of 3 only had to do it once. One round is 6 months. The last one took 1 1/2 rounds. Who cares if it’s before college. Their skin, to this day, ages 26, 32, 36 looks as smooth as a newborn baby. Best money I ever spent (except for braces). To me, this is sad 😞!!

Most of these clients are not Americans, read up the effects on skin from different wars in the past. Also these people have no money, they get paid to be worked on. Glad your children's skin is cleared!!!
I agree my son as a teenager had bad acne went to doctors right away put on medication which didn't work so referred to hospital and got more treatment with terrible side effects but he persevered and it worked his skin has still got some old acne scarring but what a difference it made I certainly wouldn't have let him go to alot of the technicians on here 😊😊

It’s my favorite part too and they always skip it!! So I was happy!! I sometimes type in blackhead extractions on NOSE or pimple popping on NOSE. And there’s a few that come up if u ever just wanna watch those. 👍🏼

không nên và tuyệt đối không trị mụn bằng cách này nhé, mụn đầu đen sở dĩ do tuyến bã nhờn thải ra, khi gặp không khí sẽ bị oxi hóa cho nên mới có mụn đầu đen và nếu cứ lột mụn bằng cách này, lỗ chân lông sẽ bị giãn ra, còn tuyến bã nhờn thải ra sẽ lại bị oxi hóa và thành mụn đầu đen, tức là các bạn cứ nặn ra xong 1 đợt thì vài tiếng sau lại có 1 đợt mụn đầu đen mới với kích thước to hơn do lúc này lỗ chân lông to đã bị to ra! lên phây búc tìm sumitn chị ấy chỉ cho.dùng ưng lắm

Ya she usually is good with getting everything out but I think what it comes down to is that this is a "spa" not a dermatologist office so the patient prob pays by the hour so Thuy tries to get as much as she can as fast as she can. If she worried about every single pore then I bet not even half as much would get done.
@@Sevenigma777 a derm would absolutely refer out to an aesthetician for something like this… aestheticians are still trained professionals, and derms are really only taking care of stuff that we can’t
The point of not squeezing until you make a guest bleed (except in the case of something cystic) is to reduce inflammation and scarring. When something is cystic it’s already intermingling with blood and so they’re trying to clear it out of the blood. Squeezing more would created lots of unnecessary scarring and infection
It is disturbing that content is left sticking out of a pore. I understand not squeezing until the pore bleeds, but the protruding content can be safely removed.

Am I the only person who shows that the patients through the screen telling them to drink more water? Some of these people look so dehydrated
🤦♂️ What you see can happen due to the water properties of a region. Different skins react differently to different ph,metals and chlorine
I just tell them "There, there...It's going to be all better soon... I know those lip ones are so painful, but now they're gone... You're gonna look so handsome when these little scabs heal up... You took it like a champion.... Silly me. Your water idea is probably much more useful. 🌷
When it's this dry its usually the medication they are given by the referring doctor for the acne. The spa do give pre and post extraction treatment too.
