You tried Asol Jungle yet? I main him since 200+ games now and he's an interesting jungler due to his stacks. With dark harvest + Gathering Storm you concentrate on getting early stacks with E and Harvest, until you outscale everyone. In Silver atleast, i can manage scores such as 23-3 with Asol Jungle. Its one of the best off meta junglers i've tried, honestly.
He should try Asol Jgl. Morgana is decent but falls off greatly in the mid and especially lategame. I main Asol Jgl, and pretty much never go below 10 kills. Just today i did a 23-3, its very viable.
