I see they didn't even have the marble paintings on the ground at the Spring Garden train station back then. My BSL videos are from earlier this year. That must've been added quite recently
The Broad Street Line definitely needs newer subway cars and signaling, but SEPTA tends to upgrade the subways one line at a time. In 1984 the BSL had state of the art subway cars while the MFL still had the Budds. I also believe that SEPTA's other projects are taking priority (extension to Wawa). It should definitely be the BSL's turn to get upgrades, and I think we will be seeing them soon. However, it may be worth mentioning that the BSL cars are more reliable than the MFL cars despite their age.
I love the expresses.
i love those vosloah motor propulsion system sound🤩🤩🤩🤩🤩
Awesome
Great. Rode Walnut - Locust to Olney every day when I went to LaSalle in the 80's. The Kawasaki cars still rolling along well.

They're there, you can see one on the ground before the train enters at 7:46.

Why don't they get new trains and upgrade there signaling system to CBTC, the MFL line is good but the broad Street line is using old shit
