I'm not a dancer, I am writing a fictional book about a young dancer, and I just wanted to say, I LOVE your channel! I use it for research on what dancers really go through in life and how to make my characters and their situations as realistic and believable as possible. Your channel is a fabulous resource to me! Not only that, I love your advice in general. You are so sound-minded, realistic, honest, grounded, and everything you post applies to life outside of the dance world, too. And, as if I'm not fan-girling enough (I promise, this is not flattery, I mean every word), I enjoy your voice and your personality, and your channel is currently my favorite thing to have playing in the background while I'm forced to work from home. I think your video ultimately is about how to find FULFILLMENT as a dancer. No doubt some people can find fulfillment in perfect technique, but most folks can't. Fulfillment is more important than having a perfect technique or a perfect body.
I really enjoy your videos, can you do a video of being in a program or company where you are being complimented in your dancing by teachers and directors yet being overlooked for roles and the same dancers being featured over and over. Did that ever happened to you?
