First guy was ThutMose who played as Ekko a kid who can travel back in time.
Becky G was Qianna an empress who has power over the elements.
Keke Palmer was Senna an undead with a rail gun cannon with demonic powers.
Duckwrth was Ekko’s clone. Because in game he has a clone that follows him around and lets him travel back in time.
The DJ was Yasuo a samurai with the power of wind. And basically the beat was by Riot Games.
And lastly Soyeon from the K-pop group G-IDLE is Akali a ninja girl. Also this song is technically True Damage ft. K/DA Akali. Because shes from K/DA and is doing a collab.
He already knows this cuz everyone was commenting pretty much the same thing in his reaction to the video also K/DA Akali isn't collaborating, she made the group, she recruited Ekko, Senna, Qiyana, and Yasuo.

First time i saw that i thought they just edited it then i remember its live and im watching it in a stream
@@zrothepangolin The dragon kinda was a live edit. It was AR. (Augmented Reality) Basically the camera movements were predetermined and they drew in the dragon ahead of time as an overlay for the shot. Still cool, but a different effect from what happened this year. The audience at the stadium could only see the dragon on the big screens there, but this one was using the "hologram" technique of using light techniques with thin silver filament on glass so the audience even saw all of this live.

It is actually not a Hologram which is added in aftereffects as CGI. There is a Holonet in front of the actors where these are shown. Thats why the lighting and coordination is so important, bc there is no room for errors. Its incredible

The holograms were pretty insane. Usually they just do cgi but this year they used the new cage technology so the crowd could actually see the holograms on the stage. I recommend the 2017 and 2018 opening ceremonies there were some rly insane stuff in both of them
They did a docu named "10 months 10 minutes" which kinda sums up how much work they put in to make this work. Look again at that 2nd verse TIMING with the projection. Frame perfect, very easy to mess up. The production team deserves an award or something. 👍
League really put a lot into this song. The characters outfits were even designed by Gucci
