    I just did this for the first time and I have never felt my calves work like that. Definitely going to be a regular in my routine.

    I was just doing barbell calf raises and I didn’t really feel much, now I’ve been doing these for 3 sets of 20 reps and they burn so much by the end

    Do double under jump rope between calf sets. It's made a difference for a small frame guy who inherited some pathetic calf meat. Also, loaded carries on tip toes.

    I don’t have the belt
    How else can I do this? I’ve fractured both my feet and I still have some pain help!

      I dont have this equipment either so I place a few weight plates in a backpack and do the exercise that way. I hope this helps.
