I will be going on a factory tour in April to look at a Brinkley Toy hauler while my Alliance will be at their factory for repairs. Looking forward to seeing how well they are made.

After spending several days working on my furnace and my trap for my shower, I have a real appreciation for how they've built this "functional" area with the pipes and heater ducting.
JD, I really like the concept of this unit, They put some real thought into it and have great ideas on the design. It all comes with a price too. But when you compare it to something that is at that price point I feel there on top of there game without doubt!!! The real test of time is what's matters, We will see 6months to year down the road what kind of feedback is out there, I will be keeping a eye out for them this coming season!!!!
The combined grey tanks are a great innovation, nothing worse than standing water in the shower because the grey tank is full. Both sets of fold down steps look like the legs protrude causing a potential tripping hazard. Would have been nice to see the rear patio procedure to open and close. I hope they have a rear living room traditional 5th wheel as well as the toy hauler. Awesome new line of RVs, and a benchmark for others to chase.
Wow, they thought of everything as far as usable options. Air hose and compressor, retractable water hose and power chord. That is very impressive. GEN Y hitch hardware is also top notch.

Just FYI - That battery bank will not support a 3kw inverter! Those Renogy lithium batteries are 100aH capacity each (Renogy makes larger ones but they look totally different) and each one has a max continuous discharge rate of 100 amps. These are standard figures throughout most of the industry which is why nearly every inverter manufacturer clearly states in their product manuals that a 3,000-watt inverter requires a minimum of 300aH of lithium battery capacity. The battery bank in this trailer is too small. It is not matched properly to support that inverter. That inverter will actually support a surge of 6,000 watts (500 amps at 12 volts) which can cause serious damage to the batteries and/or the inverter. I see this time and time again from manufacturers who are either trying to make a buck or simply don't understand basic electricity.
Did anybody else at 14:20 think the guy grabbed a bottle of Jack Daniels and start swigging it lmao 🤣😂 this is in my top RV's list I love all the storage and attention to detail.
I think you might have to do a road trip and give us a tour inside there factory. Great video and some good ideas, and good to see manufacturers listening and starting to improve their product

So where are you sleeping? That house on your property or your 5th wheel? Just curious because you walk in so many beautiful trailers compared to an old built home. I love what you did with that property with installing rv hookups. Smart move.
Brand new RVer, 5th wheel hopefully received by the end of the month. What's your opinion on 5th wheel v gooseneck. Articulation, stress on unit v truck. Sure I'd rather pop out a ball from the middle of the puck system than a several hundred pound 5th wheel hitch. But not at the cost of the rig.
I am willing to custom order when ready but want it in a solid color of my choice vs the typical RV paint jobs. Is one solid color possible? Like gray?
Not sure why any manufacturer would use Lippert for their chassis. You can build as much quality into the unit as you want but if you put that on a frame from a manufacturer known for having issues, it won't stay quality for long. You had my attention right up until Lippert chassis.
Just from watching the video alone,, I used to think imo Grand design was one of the better manufacturers that all needed to look up to.seems this company is really taking serious what potential customers want, good job. Now something to look at is the price, this compared to one of those off-road trailers. Here you're getting value and shear size. Imo it makes those off-road trailers really look like nothing more than price gouging.
I can’t find if it was addressed or not. At this price point, does he mention why they are not full body paint? We all know the graphics decals get worn and sun dried. Of course paint checks, but it can be waxed and coated ect.
Someone can tell me what is the garage width? Spec only tell length (11’). What is glass door size? Want to buy one to carry my wife’s Spyder F3T and my BMW 1250 RT. thanks
“Perception” that quality is lacking? Oh my friend, I think we are WAY past perception, lol. I think as consumers we are without question the laughing stock in RV manufacturer’s boardrooms. They keep building horrifically built units, and we (as consumers) continue to mindlessly buy them…at ridiculously over inflated prices. Could you imagine the rear fender just flying off of your F450? How about the steering wheel just coming off in your hands? The glove compartment door just falling off? Of course not. This is called quality control…something the RV industry could quite literally care less about. If this guy builds a better mousetrap, then perhaps he may get my hard earned money…but talk is cheap and I’m really so sick and tired of all the chatter. If they can put a man on the moon, then they can build an RV that doesn’t fall apart on the dealers show room before even being sold. SMH.

A suggestion for the Brinkley accessory store: A liner that sits at the bottom of the shower to convert it into a bath tub. Lots of uses.

Awesome unit we have a class A gas motorhome and if we were to go back to a 5th wheel this would be the first we would look at.

Yes, our mid-bunk will be released in late spring / early summer. The mid-bunk is on our fifth wheel, the Model Z - not the toy hauler though!
