It’s an interesting coincidence, isn’t it? Almost like a test to see if people will pay full price for a ship, or if they’ll take a sale for a price cut on an objectively better ship. I get the sense that people are quite interested in the Collingwood, though. I think the sonar and MBRB are shiny gimmicks that catch people’s eye.
Nelson is just great. You can't go wrong with her if you play her correctly...unless you have a game like I had yesterday where everyone, even the reds fle to the other flank and all could do was get a few shots out and get a capunoposed. GGs and demonstrations. Long like the king of tier 6.
Strangely enough usually when I face a Nelson in a One on One in my Nagato I usually make it out on top but barely. Its definitely super tanky and frustrating to take down but those times I won against it is when I force the Nelson into close quarters.
Fully agree Nelson is better BUT Collingwood is still a fun ship that can be very good if played correctly and if some luck goes your way with match making. Personally I gain more enjoyment from mastering the Collingwood and playing it well because IMO Nelson is one of if not the easiest ship to play in the game. Different boats for different folks though right?
I've picked up the Collingwood, id never ever thought about buying the Nelson Wayy before years and I honestly thought this would have captivated my decision on get a ship that's somewhat a nelson hybrid
If it had decent AA I might have pulled the trigger.. Nelson was on of my favorite ships, but with more and more CV’s now i don’t take her out much she can’t defend herself end gm if CV is still alive… so this is a pass for me
Personally I wouldn’t say Nelson is the best at T6 when top tier cuz most of the T6s BBs can bully the T5s. Only T6s tat cant truly bully the T5s is Poltava, Florida, Lyon, KGV, Duke, and Scharnhorst. Even then put Nelson has weaknesses dat are easier to exploit compared to her T6 sisters (brothers if ur German)
Nelson is better in most ways but I still enjoy Collingwood with the more battlecruiser playstyle with the armor and speed, but I would always play Nelson in a competitive game.
Great video. Tier 6 is definitely my favorite Tier to play. Nelson and Z35 are my two favorites.
Could not agree more...and wonder if Nelson being for sale on the week Collingwood released, was intentional 🤔

Just got the Nelson, have wanted it for years, looking forward to taking her out for a spin and angling the belt. Thanks for advice and vids

I've had the Nelson for 2 years now. Still my favorite BB tbh
Fires are like a warm summer breeze to Nelson XD

I am actually considering to get Nelson after getting Viribus Unitis and Hyūga

Be good to see the negatives. And being quickly citadel’d and explain why.
So you like the Nelson?

do you always shove your mic under a pillow or does everyone else on youtube shout into their mic?
