Someone checked the time line on her tea and there was some restaurant or bar when Nene lived in that area. Nene probably saw the spot as potential and mentioned it to Lisa. Lisa opened the spot years after Nene lived there and got it from someone she knows. Nene is good at getting her memories mixed up.
here is my issue with the vanderpump story who gives a fuck if nene really wanted to do it she should have done it the greater the risk the greater the reward, don't listen to another housewife do you do don't complain that vanderpump jump on it

Nene can't own up to the fact that she made first rule of business mistake, never talk about what you intend to do to another shark, and in business that is how it's done especially with real estate. She should instead laugh about it and admit defeat. LVP is a major businesswoman, that doesn't happen by hesitation, but by taking risks.
People still do business so there is complete agency. If LVP's energy is different towards her, it's because she knows pulled a snake move. I've lived in Beverly Hills and Pump's location on SM blvd. is prime real estate. Nene's mistake was not conferring with others to get multiple opinions. That said, these BH people in "liberal SoCal" would rather dress up nice for a charity event and cry over animals than live near or do business with someone they feel is unworthy of sharing their space...by unworthy, I mean brown and black...mostly black.
I think Nene is telling one. Pump is one of the most popular gay bars in that area. If there was any chance that Lisa took that opportunity from Nene, she would have shouted it from the rooftops years ago. She has sided with Kyle in that drama and this is part of that.
Nene couldn't afford that location. She's neither rich nor famous enough to make it in weho. It takes LVP money to even stand a chance in WeHo.

It's really difficult to take care of someone that is sick. You feel helpless. You feel unappreciated. You feel lonely. Of course everyone sees it from his perspective so she is criticized in a very public way which just makes it that much more difficult.

I hope she never comes back. When you think about it she never had a storyline. The only story she had was the drama that she created and the pot she stirred. NeNe is the most successful housewife because she's naturally funny in the things she says, is super close with Andy, and doesn't need the Housewife franchise to stay relevant (rather, the franchise needs her). No, more like she might of knew about it and was interested herself and didnt want any competition. Even if your money is higher than others, that doesnt mean you want to spend more of it on a bidding war. She also could of consulted with others after talking to Nene and realized that was a great location as well. If she already knew the person who she bought sur from, they probably gave her a nice deal on it as well. If you look at the Vanderpump rules, she didnt seem comfortable at all with spending money on TomTom restaurant. She acted as if she didnt have it to spend. How are you going to complain about putting $250,000 or so into the utilities and not even putting in a a/c unit before the grand opening party if money was no option?
shelbyden23 well she had a few projects that her money was being spread out on, She opening up a new dog center in China, planning in opening a new resturant/lounge in Las Vegas at the Caesars palace and was finishing tomtom. So to anyone with money, they still have to budget. How many housewives in any franchise do you think can do all that? And have the budget for it?
