Whole chicken is *roasted* after it's internal temperature stays at 82C (180F) for 1 hour and 40 minutes, after that it's safe to eat and not raw or under cooked. VANZAI's chicken was roasting at temperature of 87-90C (The internal temperature of the chicken was the same because it cooked for long time.) for "whole day", When He started it was noon and stooped when it was dark, so that's way more than 1 hour and 40 minutes.
