That's exactly my predicament! The regular 2002r's are also cheaper (at least in Canada).
i typically go up 0.5size in my air max's to an 11.... all my jordans and stuff i wear 10.5...

I only wear 11s for am1s and am90s.... Bcuz they're narrow...
But, I just ordered vomero in 10.5 🤷 hopefully they're not too tight

I got the Vomero5 in Vast Grey and the NB 2002r but TBH I think the NB 1906r protection pack in the Reflection colorway (which I also own) is the one for me.
But you are right, if you are a Nike person at heart then the Vomero5 is the way to go.
The 1906r is my top New Balance for this year hand down. I did a review on them as well. Either way, you can’t go wrong with either the vomero 5 or the 2002r. They are both great. Thanks for watching! 🙏

One pair you can wear in the rain... the other you can't.
I'm wearing 8 in vomero 5, what size should I get for the 2002R protection pack, true to size (8) or down 7.5 cause I watch so much reviewer that says NB half size down from Nike
With certain NB models I would agree that they might run slightly bigger than nike. With the NB 2002r in my opinion they fit True to size (like Nike). Just keep in mind the vomero 5 is slightly more narrow in the front than the 2002r but that's it. If I was you I would go with a size 8.

In all my Nike running shoes, for example The Pegasus, I have size 40.5 ( Europa) but my usual size in all my other shoes is a 39. What number should i ask for these? I have read in all the comments thay they are true to size, but i dont know if they refer to your usual size in Nike or your real size.
I went over sizing in this video. I strongly recommend you watch the sizing portion at 3:42 of the video. It is a Nike sneaker so I'm talking about Nike sizing.

Yeah, they are a good pick up. I wouldn't fill my closet with them but 1-2 pairs is good for me.
See, I wear a 9 in Jordan 1s and 11s. But an 8.5 in all the other retros. I wear a 9 in any Nike that says Max or Posite. So I'm thinking I should get a 9 in these because he mentioned Air Max.

You're good, they fit really well
I found a 44.5 back then and I copped it despite the fact that my usual Nike size is 45, and I see no problem wearing them now
But for an upsize I see no problem as the only thing you'll need is to lace the shoe tighter, as long as your feet size is no less than 43

Thanks man! For me specifically I don’t talk about Jordan 1s because I tend to be different in sizing than most on that model specifically and it’s only because the pinky bothers me for some reason. So I tend not to talk about them on sizing comparisons.

I guess it depends where you live. Because no one I know under 50 wears new balance. Alot of the older people I know do. It is a nice looking shoe I would maybe wear it to work out in or something.
You must not be from the US then, everyone I know my age has a pair of NB dad shoes. All designer brands are coming out with this style of shoe as well, it’s probably one of the more popular styles rn 100%.

LoL. Yes I live in the US and no one is wearing shoes like these except the older crowd. We mostly wear Jordan's, Air Max & AF1 where I'm at. But it's not a bad looking shoe.

How is the breathability on these? I currently have Nike air max terrascapes and my feet sweat really bad through the day.
These are pretty breathable. Can't really say they have been warm or nothing like that. There was one day I wore them for like 7-8 hours and they felt comfy in the temperature side and of course in the comfort side. Thanks for watching

To answer your question the Vomero 5s "feels" like it has better cushioning but it's just a different type of comfort.

i wear a size 10.5 nike air max 97 as a male and wanted to get the vomeros how much should i size up by? the 10.5s a little bit loose with some room at the front of my feet
What other Nike shoes you have and what size you wear?
AM 97’s fit narrow to me, if anything go tts but you can definitely get away with 0.5 down. Basically fit the same as the NB9060
I wear a 7.5 mens in dunks should i get the same sizing?
Do you have other Nike sneakers to compare? If so please tell me your size as well. Dunks is not the best for comparison.

Hey man does the Vomero 5 fits like the Air force ones
They are too different to really compare. However air force 1s run a little bigger than other Nike sneakers and Vomero 5s are more True to size.

If you are a true to size 10.5 in the 2002r model then get a 10.5 in the Vomero's. Now as far as women sizing difference I can't go off by that as I don't currently own any women sizing in the Vomero. Worst case scenario they "might" be slightly a little bigger but not enough to trip about it.

Ultra boost is another monster altogether lol. However, I would say if your size is 10.5 on UB then 10.5 should be fine in the Vomeros. Worst case you might have a little bit of room in the front but nothing major.
