Grant deserved it more than anyone. His style and additude towards skating is awesome. He has killed it this whole year, and everybody knows it. This video pretty much defines what Skater Of The Year should be.
After watching this, I totally see why Grant deserves it. He kills the transitions, then goes out and does the same in the streets. He goes fast and doesn't lose a bit of style. Congrats to Grant Taylor, SOTY 2011!

There's only like 25-35 skaters that I can watch for hours at a time, and over and over again. which is fuck all compared to how many there are out there to watch. Grant Taylor is definitely one of em'. ALL HAIL CARDIEL (he's one of them to) duh
Nike has 3 dudes that I can watch for hours: Grant, Ishod and Cory. I don't exactly love or like Nike, but they have 3 dudes that are on a different level.
