Thank you for this video! I was looking for a simple strap I could make. Your videos are great. The best I found for a lefty! I really appreciate how you talk through all the details as you go. And you go slow in just the right spots.
On this one, I found it pretty hard to find the right loop to go through. The "equals" wasn't easy to see. (I could see it on yours, but my stitches aren't nearly so perfect. ) Here's a tip for others who might be struggling -- I used multi colored yarn. That really helped each loop in a stitch stand out, and helped me identify the right one.
One question, in my first attempt my tube got more narrow as it grew longer. Is this because I went into the wrong loop?
Thank you again for a great video! 😊

You are so kind, thanks for your encouraging words! I’m so glad it helped. I just so happened to logon and see your comment just now. Lol I’m normally not as quick. Haha. Anyhow. Yes. You likely went into the wrong loop but extra likely to have skipped over too far and so it narrowed. I’ve done that multiple times. I’ve also done it after working just fine for several inches and then got extra distracted. So I just look at my work every inch or so now to see if it looks like the twists all seem to “line up” and not get narrow. After a few handles it’s easier to get a handle on the technique. Ha. Pun intended. 😜❤️
