Thank you for sharing. Just for curiosity, why did you centrifuge the plasma samples at 21 000 to 25 000 x g for 60 min while the protocol recommends "samples
containing cells, such as CSF, bone marrow, urine, and most swabs, should first
be filtered, or centrifuged for 10 min at 1500 x g?
