no format, just explanation letter why you don't have passport during nursing school years

Hi Ms Kae, I just created a Breeze Account. When I log in, may question about having a license before with DCA, at nirerequire ng SSN/ITIN, required an po ba and SSN or ITIN at the beginning palang ng application? Thank you!
Yes mam, required po talaga, check lefora, merong mga RN na nasa pinas pa na kumuha nang ITIN :)
Sorry I don't get it.. You mean you are physically went to California for the fingerprint scan??
yes I did coz I have family there, but still you can do your fingerprinting thru pinger print hard card, you can check instructions here www.rn.ca.gov/applicants/lic-end.shtml
