Liked the new video you posted. The Vancouver 27 is a really pretty sailboat. Could you make a tour of her on your net video please? Thank you have a good weekend.
What a beautiful little boat she is and a proper blue water cruiser too. Any idea where you could store an 8’ and 9’ long surfboard on the boat while cruising?

Lovely Vancouver 27 you have. I owned a Vancouver 27 about 25 years ago; right here in Vancouver, Canada. And your music; by Michael Buble. Also a Vancouver native.
@@ingemp1212 When I owned my Vancouver 27, I had lunch with its designer Robert Harris. There is a book by Donald Hamilton called "Cruises With Kathleen" about his purchase his Vancouver 27 here in Vancouver and subsequent sailing adventures in her.
Nice video! We just bought a V27 in the UK and will deliver her to a permanent mooring in the Markermeer over the coming weeks. Could I bother you for some details of your wind-vane steering, such as measurements and photos of the steering system? I am going to try and build one myself. Thanks!
Hello Inge, i am thinking in buying a vancouver 25. Would like to have your opinion about your boat relating confort, speed and toughness. Thanks in advance, Paul from Lisbon
Hi Jorge, my Vancouver is very comfortable and seaworthy. Speed is as might be expected from a 27 footer! Although at beam reach she is fast for her length, close hauled she is not....I would anyone looking for a safe, sturdy and comfortabel boat recommend a Vancouver!
@@ingemp1212 Hi Inge, thanks a lot for your opinion. It counted a lot. I am seeing also Dehler 31 NOVA. If a decide for Vancouver I will tell you:-) Great sailing, Paul and thanks one more time
Sean Farrell I use a Hasler trimtab: it came with the boat so it’s from 1979! Internal headroom is 1.90 m in the galley part of the cabin. And probably 1.70 m further on in the cabin. Hope this helps!
Love the boat.
Me too!
Always loved this beautifull and sturdy bluewater cutter.
Me too🙂

Hi , I have two questions, what self steering system do you use and whats the internal headroom like.... I'm 6ft 2
Sean Farrell I use a Hasler trimtab: it came with the boat so it’s from 1979! Internal headroom is 1.90 m in the galley part of the cabin. And probably 1.70 m further on in the cabin. Hope this helps!

Hi Inge love your boat but shouldn't you be using your running backstays with your staysail?
Al Cooper I use them from 20 knots wind onward!
And thank you! I love her to........
