It's all about the movement of the performer and the smooth flowing rhythm, not about fast and competition. If you want to play piano the fast way and compete against another person, you can cancel your piano lessons and do what you want to do.
I've a personal love of Flight of the Bumblebees (and the music from Tetris), so this has been a wonderful experience so far. :) Looking forward to more music!
