This CFO started in August, way after the errors were made. Those responsible should certainly be terminated if not gone already, and perhaps sued.

Walz and Soros have nothing to do with this. "It" isn't a pile of gold coins, it's a budget figure. Misfeasance perhaps but not embezzlement

Neither Walz nor Soros have any bearing on this story. "It" isn't a pile of banded $100s, it's a bungled budget figure for the FY26 staff payroll budget. Misfeasance, not embezzlement.
