Also, it's not really a "fail", just me being an idiot, but that's not as catchy.
I should also mention, if you get burned while using bleach, go to the hospital. Don't be me.

I said this is the description, but no one seems to read that so I’ll say it again. Sure, I didn’t melt my hair off, but I did severely chemically burn my hands. Thought that would qualify as a fail on its own. I was off work for several days and my hands still have not fully recovered 2 years later. I totally get it wasn’t the fail everyone thought it’d be, but I did melt my skin off 🤷
Hope your hands are on the mend?! It's scary cos you can get contact dermatitis from that. There are some really good intensive hand creams out there though 💖 I love the tips you have at the end and I think your end result really suited you! 💖
@@gleadhill79 my hands are better, but like I said, still sensitive to temperature. I used a variety of ointments when it first happened, so no scarring or permanent visual problems, just sensitivity
@@saddandelion bless you. It sounds painful, but hopefully the sensitivity will calm down in time. I'm glad you mention it in your video, cos a lot of people skirt over it and don't take it seriously. Thank you for raising the awareness!

Well, the result might not be a fail, but I count chemical burns and having to buy bleach over and over as fails along the way.

The end result doesn't always mean it's not a fail. While the color looks good, the texture could be terrible. Having to bleach multiple times is a fail. Also this is RUclips. Clickbait isn't new and it's how you drive views. Some do clickbait in the title some do clickbait in the thumbnail. It's not a crime

I did this and im still rocking icy white bangs and red hair, two bleachings with 20vol and a permanent light silver dye worked for me, i redo it every few months, i also mixed some toners from semi permanent hair dyes so i do that when it starts looking a bit brassy

It’s been years now, they’ve still got some problems with hot and cold sensation, but other than that, they’re all good haha

I would have gone in with the colour remover twice before using the bleach. Doing it over the course of a week was the right thing to do because you gave your hair and your scalp a break between bleachings. If you'd done it all in one day, your hair would have broken off and you would have ended up with chemical burns on your scalp.

You reminded me of a cute little chinese lady in a youtube video doing her daughter's bleaching and not wearing gloves...Her daughter mentioned that her mother, (who has been doing hair for 35 plus years) has been doing so with NO GLOVES so much to a point that she literally has no more fingerprints!..So I think you're good lol

T14 comes in way more clutch than t18... even the t20 series
Some weeks ago I went from red to blonde myself and I still have some really light pink parts in my hair. How did you remove that?
I did quite a few bleach baths, and I believe it was a combination of the t14 and t18 toner. It also depends on what dyes you previously had in your hair. I had manic panic vampire red and ion permanent red. I may have also just gotten lucky 🤷 I also have fine hair so it really took to the bleach
@@saddandelion Thankyou for the reaction. I think our proces was pretty simular 😂 I also had vampire red in my hair before. Did some bleach baths and used t18 after that. Everything is really blonde and I can't complain but I have some small bits on the inside that are still a little bit pink. Thinking about using t14 for it
Kind of concerned someone just sold you a professional product that requires a license to buy when you clearly didn't even know to wear gloves 😬
I did know to wear gloves with bleach, but I was told there was no bleach in it and the gloves were getting in the way🤷

I heard lots of stuff about colour oops not working on permanent colour. I also heard it smells extremely strong to the point where people said it gave them a headache. The lady at the store said the colour eraser would work better for permanent colour.
Im not calling this a fail, mu hair was fried and i did it once!

It looks amazing! I just shaved my head after a couple years of crazy colors, platinum blonde/white, and overall over-processing my hair and my only regret is not shaving it sooner. The weight of the entire world came off with the hair. I’ve never felt like more of a badass. And you look badass too, so yeah, great job 👏🏻🤍❤️

I’m so sick of these hair fail videos being made very obvious for brad mondo… it’s chuegy and very “pick me girl” but I didn’t get that vibe from this girls video like I have been seeing
I did chemically burn my hands, so I considered it quite a bad fail😅 also, thought it’d be helpful to educate people not to do what I did haha

Also, chem burns would definitely be a fail lol I hope their better bc I know when bleach touches any part of my skin (neck, forehead, ears) my skin blows up all swollen. And I didn’t get that “sorry brad mondo girl” vibe from your video like every other hair videos are these days. It’s funny he did a video not too long ago saying he has not been doing those videos bc it’s hard to find them on RUclips but tbh it’s all that pops on my page.
