We used to donate some of our leftover flowers at the end of the season to a couple of senior assisted living homes near us. They had raised flower planters so the seniors didn't have to bend over. They loved going out to take care of the flowers and just enjoy them. Maybe you could consider that if there are any senior homes in your area. It was always discouraging to throw any on the compost pile at the end of the season
VERY CRISP video _ but even if its clear or Blurry I always enjoy seeing the Flowers & Veggies and the Dogs and PAP making a DEAL, also LOVE those PUFFY WHITE CLOUDS. Nice seeing Trevor - Ben should make a GUEST appearance and Hopefully Frank on his day off. Just don't TALK about throwing flowers away. Do what you have to do but don't let us know.

Wowww….What a difference in the quality of this video, much sharper and clearer images! You’re obviously having the same crazy weather that we’re having in south central Ontario. We had the heating back on a few days when nights were at 8-9 degrees Celsius and today expected 29c/83f… Looking forward to the seeing the planting and the water wheel working again. Hard to believe your berries are about done. Here in Indiana we've been done for a bit now. It's great to see Sammy smiling and giggling so much...she makes me smile when she does. Here in the Midwest (Belleville, IL, near STL), Peach Season began earlier this week and is two (2) weeks early. Limited Qty. on this Variety but Peaches are Large.
I have lot's of black oil Sunflowers from seeds spilled from the feeders and especially from seeds we toss around the edges of the house, the driveways with the intention of feeding the birds when they die back in the fall
You are a great teacher! I have two questions: 1) What are the cold crops you pointed to in the field? You didn't say what they are. And 2) When you throw away plants that didn't sell, do you still make a profit for the season?

Cole crops are plants like broccoli, cauliflower, cabbage, Brussel sprouts, kohlrabi. Thanks for asking 😁

Any berries you pick by mistake that are a bit white just put them on a windowsil and they will ripen on their own.
