Removing Caster Wheel Hex Bolt off a Merits Super Vision Power Wheelchair

Use a 6mm hex.
Hammer the washer and follow up with a punch
Use a 1/2 ratchet with the 6mm hex
Once it’s loose, follow up with a power tool.
Be very careful!!!!
