Devlin just randomly coming in saying "& my uncle just died" was a hilarious wrench of drama & suspense that I really appreciated. Shout out to Delvin's uncle for dying. This would have been a lot more boring without that added storyline. You know the old adage "You can only use your uncle dying as an excuse once" & he really landed that one perfectly.

MRags and “can we be adults” guy are exactly why Gametime went into the abyss once Smitty left. Smitty will always be in the barstool hall of fame for barstool personalities. Bc he’s a unique human and creates content intentionally and unintentionally at all times. They’re trying to make gametime a serious gamer stream when the only way it’s going to succeed is on personality and fun content. Smitty came back on his own burner stream with zero promotion and immediately had more viewers than MRags ever has gotten. He’s literally right about everything when it comes to gametime bc the results speak for themselves

A majority of the problem stems from not having proper leadership for Gametime, they need some business bros min-maxxing twitch exposure and actually giving structure to it all.

If you want to choose a side between Smitty and Devlin I can understand why people would side with Smitty. Smitty brings up good points, but the children he's speaking with think don't agree with him and have no valid rebuttals. So they turn to the classic response of, we'll talk low and calm. So when Smitty inevitably gets loud we can call him out on being a loud, emotional buffoon that turns to yelling while we stay calm. People like that are the most condescending, that think they're better than you. Devlin loves doing that to people. Devlin is a cameraboy that thinks and acts like he's a celebrity. Devlin sits in judgment while never looking at himself and how he acts. Devlin and Nate are one in the same. I don't know how anyone deals with those 2. And for all of Smitty's faults, he's been at Barstool for a minute and still gets treated like an intern. Also, Marty is awful, not funny,u noriginal and a leech. As soon as someone does something funny or carves out a little niche, Marty has to weasel his was in there and ruin something good.
