Y'all, please let me know if you know of any good options for affordable lav mics that will connect to an iPhone! I purchased one for this video in the hopes of not having terrible audio for once, but ended up having to rerecord the whole first half of the video when I realized that the audio from the mic was completely unusable because of popping/crackling. Decided to just use the iPhone mic instead. Any recommendations for microphones will be appreciated! I wanna give y'all better audio in the future. - M
Loved this vlog. Please continue the series. I had the pleasure of watching Do the Right Thing the weekend it was released. It left me stunned and inspired. It's the first Criterion disc I purchased.
Have not seen Longlegs, but Quiet Place: Day One was not as good as the John Krasinski franchise. What I like about that one is the daughter being deaf and being the hero of the story. It is good both for me for representation purposes as well as to see someone with a challenge be the hero ot the story instead of the victim/person to be pitied. Good for John and whoever decided to make it that way and to also hire an actress that is deaf.
