There is an inconsistency between the text of the problem that is visible at the beginning of the video and what you have done at minute 05:28. At the beginnig of the video we can see that 7200 is a volume flow rate (m3/hr), but then you set a molar flow rate.
And there is another inconsistency. In th text of the problem CO2 and methane are mol%, but at minute 05:55 you said and you set CO2 and methane as mass fraction.

It is related to UNISIM I would like to know why am I not getting any autotuned values on using the autotuner and how long should I wait for the autotuner to respond. Or is the autoner not meant for function for that particular case. Is there any specific procedure or method for an autotuner to function? Also on using the standard values for the PID controller, the controller is not functioning. Kindly revert me back with a solution for this problem Thanking you Ashish joseph
