How to get a Frame from video in CapCut tutorial

How to get a photo or frame grab from CapCut. This is very simple, all you need to do is get your video on the timeline. Go to the top and in the middle player, click on the three little lines. Three options will show up. Pick Export Still Frame.
That's it and now you are ready to use it as a thumbnail or what ever you wish.
