The mini 4s are great in the open John, but not so good amongst the trees. My signal varies so much, but the little beasty keeps coming back to me like a goodun. 😉🤗
Some people are confused I covered 5.2 miles but not in one single direction. That was total area I covered on the day on one battery at the end of the flight I had one light and one flashing light of power left.
@colinrobinson1960 the other thing to take into account Colin I keep the drone battery I was going to use 1st in my pocket to keep it warm. The swapped it over for the 1st flight. Ps I only used the one battery for that flight.
No Jim but I didn't fly 5.2 miles in one direction. The only time the signal dropped as you would expect is when you fly away from the controller and then turn the drone round to then fly back for a few seconds
@jimthorleydronefootage Oc4 100% better than Oc3. Which why I didn't like Oc3 on the mini 3pro range was poor. When flying the mini 4 pro you see the drone climbing that was only to improve the signal due to flying a distance
Great fooage so was that , one flight on one battery , and what size of battery and how long was the time please genuine interest as i have the dji pro 4 lucky if i have done more than two miles thanks 🤔🫡
very nice my friend. Thanks for sharing 👍👍
Thank you
2.6 is a fair range JB. The Mini 4 transmission system is top class cant fault it. Brilliant flight
its what the mini 3 pro should have been. the Uk version of the dji min 3 pro was very poor in range and signal strength

Absolutely enchanting
Thank you

Trees with leaves kill drone signal big time
@jaybee2786 They sure do, John, still the RTH is good too. 😅

No signal drop in any part of the flight and covered 5.2 miles in total.
Great test john was wondering myself how far and how long battery would last before returning to home thanks for putting this up 🙂👌👍👏

fantyasticooooo likeeeee ciao
Thank you
Did you get any weak signal John?

@jaybee2786 yeah I had gathered that buddy on your total distance I can't fault the ocusync 4

@jimthorleydronefootage I believe the new Mavic 4 will use an improved version of Oc 4

Normal standard battery and still had one steady light and one flashing of power. 7min 20sec total flight time. 24% battery left
