Gluten Free Monthly Grocery Haul

My 6 yr old daughter has Celiac disease. In this video I share multiple grocery hauls as well as share what I spent on groceries to feed my gluten free family of 5.

I think everyone’s groceries are crazily expensive right now. We are a gf (celiac) family of 6 and I love seeing Celiac friendly grocery hauls, so TFS!

Just saw your video from last May. We have a gluten free house as well since 2005. My youngest has celiac and multiple other autoimmune diseases, including type 1 diabetes. His docs have recommended a gluten free,dye and preservative free diet as well as avoiding all GMO food . I also try to get “normal” types of foods that other kids can eat and boy do I know this is hard. Keep doing what you are doing, I think you’re doing a fantastic job. Your fellow mom in the trenches.

As someone with Crohn's and Celiac I think you did very well. Our food is very expensive. I always hoped I could get help with my food costs but sadly I cannot. I cannot eat alot of fiber such as fruits n vegetables either. So being mainly meat, it is extremely expensive. I have a mild lactose intolerance so I can eat products with milk in them but not drink milk directly. Goats milk and goats cheese doesn't bother me at all. Ignore people who scoff at your food costs because they can buy cheaper products. Hope you always have food for your children.

Thanks for sharing! I too try to stick to a tight budget but I'm vegan and gluten free, my son is dairy intolerant, and both my kids eat a largely plant based. Groceries add up so quickly!

Food prices are crazy !!!!! Me and my daughter has celiac disease and where we live we have to travel awhile to get to a store and still don’t have a lot of gluten free or prices are so much … family of four here .. my son who has autism will only eat some gluten free stuff

I think you did great with the budget. We don’t have dietary restrictions and I spent that much or maybe a little more. (Family of 4- 3 adults 1 child).
