    Hi Chief, your video is always informative. Does it mean all the ballast water in the ballast tanks will be pumped out after completion of loading? On the other hand, if the ship is empty, are all ballast tanks filled with sea water?
    Please consider to upload a video concerning ballasting/deballasting process. Thanks.

      Yes mate correct that’s why there’s loading plan and unloading plan, it includes the ballasting and deballasting operation to keep the ship in stable condition.
