I was on the way home from prom when Goodrow scored the overtime goal at 5:34. I don’t disagree with the choice to waive him but I’ll always be grateful that he was there. Sure, they didn’t get the Cup this year, but it was great to experience such a good team. They’ll be back better and a year from now we’ll be watching the highlights from a victorious run.
