BEAUTIFUL, BEAUTIFUL, BEAUTIFUL!!!!! THANK YOU very much for showing Garmisch-Partenkirchen, Germany through your eyes. I don't think I'll EVER be able to see it myself.
Alek, excellent video and beautiful views of the area. I was raised partially in Garmisch-PA, and explored the entire area when I was a kid. Your video brought so many fond memories back to me. Thank you very much!
Great video as ever, really enjoyed watching as hoping to get to Austria and Slovenia this year so a nice spot on the way in Germany is always welcomed, love the port shots of the first lake love the colour in those trees..
Thanks, appreciate you taking the time to watch! Yeah, it's definitely a nice place to stop by if it happens to be on your way. Austria is beautiful too, so hope you get there :)
Hi Aleksandrs, Thank you for the beautiful photography. Very much appreciate your efforts. I would like to travel this region along with South Tyrol during the early fall, late September to first part of October. I do see that you did your tour during fall. It looks beautiful in fall with colors. How's the driving and the visiting condition in terms of weather in early part of Fall? Since, I am from Texas, we are not very use to driving in mountains or in a snowy weather. Do you have to worry about that during this time as I am concerned because lots of this region quite a bit above see level. Any pointer would be appreciated.
Thanks for reaching out! Honestly, I wouldn't expect any issues with going to South Tyrol at that time of year. It's still quite warm and pretty much the perfect time to visit the area. It really is beautiful there in autumn. Personally, I've been all the way to Dolomites even during the first week of November and the roads are all still perfectly drivable. You might get some snow in late October if you're unlucky, but probably no earlier in that (other than high in the mountains). And even if you do, it'll probably just melt away pretty much immediately.
Aleksandrs, Thank you for the quick response. I am bit more encouraged by your response. I will try to squeeze my travel middle to late September so that I have no worries about the bad weather.
Thanks! I've actually been there twice - majority of this video is shot end of September, but you can probably notice some parts where the trees are all green - that was early May. I liked both times. The leaves and the foliage are really beautiful in autumn, but fresh green of spring is also nice and there's more snow in the mountains at that time.

Great video! Once you've been there you want to keep coming back!
Lovely shots. Thanks for sharing.
