I have the best technique and products to help secure your rug on the floor and stop the edges from curling up like dog ears! Super easy! Very effective 👌 and trust me I know- I have 4 kids (3 little ones and a teenager) plus hubby and I. This hallway gets lots of traffic and the rug is staying put!

Umm, I'm sure that whatever you read about knives was referring to a utility knife, not a kitchen knife. Also, always test your floor when using this kind of tape because many floor finishes have been damaged by carpet tape that actually will pull up the finish when removed.

You should have used scissors. Good ones that are sharp and long enough to cut straight with one snip.
Came to find help regarding not using this on hardwood as it does pull up the sealant ** hope permanent is what this was supposed to apply to..

Funny we just order a similiar rug from Amazon. Question will the tape glue be hard to remove from the floor? TFS!
Woot woot! I am not sure about that. I am planning to use a glue gone type remover when the time comes. Or alcohol if needed. So glad you found this video helpful! The reviews on Amazon were good, from what I can recall.

I haven't tried to remove the tape from the floor. Yes the tape is still holding up well and sticking on the floor

Does this work on large area rug on wall to wall low pile carpet . The rubber stuff that people suggest does not work for me .
I haven't tried it on carpet, so I can't say for sure
That tape will not come off the floor. Iva done it and it was a mess to get off my life proof luxury flooring. Would not recommend. The corner pieces I did as well and after a week they didn’t stick anymore.
