I’m in Istanbul now and I’m awestruck 😮. I think my favorite city ever! Love the pace of your videos. Most seem like a series of snap chats. Yours seem like an entertaining documentary 😊

Hello Dotty. Menemen is actually shakshuka called in Turkish or Menemen called in other languages is Shakshuka :D We have also the şakşuka but it is not an egg dish but a dish with fried vegetables in tomato/garlic sauce (Caution!!!: Highly addictive, especially after a long night ^^). Look here: ruclips.net/video/a1QkQXSCYIY/видео.html

Ah, you are so obsessed with social media. You are missing the places where you can have a better and cheaper breakfast than "Van Kahvaltı Evi". And the bigger breakfast. Leave social media and explore the city

Shakshuka has pepper and onion in it . Algerian chekchuka is authentic , doesn't have to be similar as turkish to be good .

Your restaurant selection is not the best. You should be carefull, check for ratings or talk to a local. When I say a local not a regular local Joe on the street, probably someone who speaks English has money and has selective pallette, not someone who eats anything heavier than air and softer than a rock. I hope you didnt get diarrhea!

Come on guys!! Love that youre in Turkey, but make some attempt at pronunciation of the names, its awful... no one expect perfect pronunciation but it seems like youre making no effort like your some Americans that we forced to be there... Ive heard you pronounce some thing extremely well so we know you can do it... just a little effort if you want a professional produce something with some level of professionalism.
