@@RavishKumar-wh6sh you may visited. But I stayed in patna for 20 days and 1 week in bhubaneswar for my business trip. I feel bhubaneswar better due to its cleanliness and better standard of living. No doubt patna is big city in basis of population and it's area and connectivity. But in some factor bhubaneswar is ahead than patna. And in some factor patna is ahead. Both city s have it's own importance. I personally feel bhubaneswar better. Even better than my hometown kolkata. Bhubaneswar is hub of education and upcoming new IT hub. There is sez, IT park in bhubaneswar where as in patna still still sez not set up by Govt.

BBSR is much better than Patna as it is newly built as compared to Patna and properly planned. However, the number one smart City tag is a hype.
With rain the city gets choked with rain water and garbage. The real estate is also excessively overpriced as compared to cities like NOIDA, Bengaluru etc.

In Gurgaon where my family stays lots of gardeners, labours are from patna even I had seen the same in Bhubaneswar.Patna has no better clgs that’s why they come to bbsr and Delhi to study.In Delhi rape case most of accused are biharies. In my clg I had seen people biharies sit on the road, when we said udhar kyun baitha he road pe toh reply ata he ki mast saf jagah he😂.they totally affect a group of population by creating disturbances.that’s why people from other states used to hate them and beat them.
Bihari girls have very low mentality.I have seen many biharies cheating their bfs.

Patna has its own specialities which make it above Bhubaneswar for the time being. Bhubaneswar is a planned city and so it's beautiful in comparison to Patna. Patna's population is three times more than Bbsr, so it makes Patna less cosy than bbsr.
