I am now 58 years old live with my family in the Netherlands and was in the year 1994 in the U.S. and we drive on a heritage softail 1350 cc rent by American Eagle on that time near one of the Harbour areas in L.A. and we drive with us two my wife and me, for about 2 months in about four- five states California, Utah, Nevada, New Mexico and Arizona, it was wonderfull and we never forget this. I am a fan of the water bottles because of the very reason you noted. I can leave it in my car on a 90 degree day... all day...and it will remain cold. Yeti is good one but Target sells their own brand now (same same quality - double wall stainless) and they are about 1/2 the price. Keep hydrating ;) Your personal health coach ;)
I used to work at port san luis just down the road from that resort with rotten egg smelling water ! Avila gets the most sun shiny days of anywhere in the country !!!
I wonder how many people saw me ride with my dog everywhere 25 years ago and has been copying it ever since! I remember being the only one except for my buddy that had a little chihuahua in a messenger bag but my dog rode on the tank or in a milk crate that was modified for comfort and she was 55 lbs. of Queensland heeler! A dog that could do 35 mph! Good to see it took on. Sadly she passed on Memorial Day weekend in 07 but she put a lot of miles on the road over fifteen plus years!
